2003, two consecutive HSBC $50 banknotes with replacement serial numbers ZZ 020339-40 (PMG 67)

This HSBC $50 banknote series, issued from 2003 to 2009, spans six different years and measures 148 × 74 millimeters. The obverse side features the HSBC lion, while the reverse side displays the pattern of the Po Lin Monastery.

The set being sold this time consists of two consecutive 2003 reprints with serial numbers ZZ 020339-40, graded by PMG as 67 points, Superb Gem UNC, in vertical format. According to records, the reprint for this year had a circulation of less than 30,000 notes.
