Product appraisal period:Except for perishable items, items with a short shelf life (about to expire upon return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, magazines, opened audiovisual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, and opened personal hygiene products, which are not applicable to the 7-day appraisal period according to the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Cancellation Rights," you have a 7-day appraisal period (including holidays) starting from the arrival of the goods.
If you need to return the goods, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide information such as "name," "order number," "contact phone number," "name of the returned goods," "reason for return and photos." Return Instructions:
Returned goods must be unused and free from any human-caused damage or defects. The 7-day appraisal period protected by consumer protection laws is only for you to hesitate and confirm if the product meets your needs, and it is not a trial period for the product. If the store has notified you, please keep the original packaging (including the outer packaging box), otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
- Goods beyond the 7-day appraisal period.
- Goods that have been opened or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damages, wear and tear, scratches, dirt.
- Returned goods with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing invoice or accessories.
- Malicious or excessive returns.
Return Process:
Contact customer service → Explain the reason for return → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare the complete goods
a. → Provide contact phone number for convenient pick-up (usually near Wong Tai Sin MTR station)
b. → If returning by mail, please package the goods properly and send them to the store's address
Refund Instructions:
For credit card payments: After confirming the successful return, the refund will be directly credited back to the original credit card account.
For cash on delivery: After confirming the successful return, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
For in-person returns: The refund will be made in cash at the time of delivery. The return will be made by signing and returning the cash on the spot.
Exchange Instructions:

Exchange Process:
When both you and the store agree to proceed with an exchange, please process the return on the original order and place a new order with the store. The company will only issue an invoice and collect or refund the difference amount. If there is no price difference, no further action is required.
